工作原理/Operoting Principle
罗富特模内攻牙机是专业螺纹成型的一种装置,由冲床冲压与攻牙同步一体化,可免除冲压件的第二次攻牙加工工序,降低成本,提高生产效率,成型的螺纹精度高、强度好,适用于自动冲模或连续冲模,是一项颇具前景的攻牙加工技术。工作原理是通过冲床活动滑块的上下运动转化为动力,实现攻牙机螺旋运动而达到螺纹成型的目的。
LUOFUTE mould tapping machine is one of the professional thread forming device, by punch stamping and tapping the synchronization integration, second tapping processing can be exempted from stamping processes, reduce costs, improve production efficiency, high precision molding thread, the intensity is good, suitable for automatic punching or continuous punching die, is a promising tapping processing technology. Working principle is through the press activities the up and down movement of the slider into the power, achieve tapping machine and achieve the goal that thread forming spiral movement.

塑性好的材料,如低碳钢、不锈钢、铝及铝合金、黄铜板、紫铜板等都可采用这种方法加工螺纹。
We can tap the materials with good plasticity using this way ,such as low-carbon steel,stainless steel ,aluminum (alloyed aluminum), brass and red copper plate.

攻牙尺寸:公制螺纹M1-M20或英美制对应UNC/UNF/BSW
Tapping Size: Metric thread M1 - M20 or British American corresponding UNC/UNF/BSW;

     罗富特模内攻牙机产品核心部件均采用进口原材料,经精密机械加工完成,工艺处理先有高频淬火使材料性质显现,在经深冷处理,使核心部件的材料在使用寿命上有显著提高5~10倍不等。
深冷处理
工业中,把经过普通热处理后的材料进一步冷却到-100℃~-196℃的处理方式叫作深冷处理,它可以降低残奥含量、促进析出细小碳化物、减少晶间拉应力,进而提高以下宏观性能:
提高硬度 高速钢、模具钢提高HRC硬度1~2度。
提高抗弯强度 440A铸造不锈钢的抗弯强度从1135MPa提高到1355MPa。
提高韧性 W6Mo5Cr4V2冲击功从18J提高到40J。
提高红硬性 W18Cr4V在625℃的条件下硬度从HRC57.9提高到63.9。
提高尺寸稳定性 95Cr18不锈钢残余奥氏体从35%降低至10%。
提高导电性 铜合金Cu_15Ni_8Sn电阻率从2.86×10-7Ω.m降低到1.51×10-7Ω.m。
随着液氮低温技术的发展和试验手段的完善,人们对深冷处理的研究逐步深入,研究范围现已从钢铁延伸到粉末冶金、铜合金、铝合金及其它非金属材料。实验结果表明,深冷处理对于上述材料零件的使用寿命有显著的作用,可以提高5~10倍不等。
应用行业遍布于航空航天、五金、工具、模具、摩擦偶件、精密加工、量具、纺织、汽车等诸多领域。

With the development of the liquid nitrogen refrigeration technology and the improvement of the test method, the cryogenic treatment research gradually thorough, research scope has been extend from steel to powder metallurgy, copper alloy, aluminum alloy and other non-metallic materials. Experimental results show that the cryogenic treatment for the above materials have a remarkable effect on the service life of the parts, can increase 5 ~ 10 times.
